Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use MasSecEval only for lawful, authorized security testing.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Follow all applicable export control and data protection laws.
Security and compliance
We provide security controls and audit logging. You are responsible for configuring policies that meet your compliance requirements.
Service availability
We aim for high availability, but scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We will notify customers of major disruptions where possible.
Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed according to your subscription. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform.
Intellectual property
MasSecEval retains ownership of its software and content. You retain ownership of your repositories and scan data.
